"Light up your life" is a short comedy performance that welcomes you to the magical world of a theatre technician.. sorry, lighting designer. Because she is a designer, not a technician. Of course. We make fun of the creative theatre crew and their clumsy efforts to communicate with each other. Maybe you will recognize yourself in one of the caricatures, hopefully you will learn something about lighting.
Dare To Light works with good ideas on theatre lighting. It’s not about high-end lighting design, enormous installations, or rocket science. It is about learning and trying out simple, practical things. The performance is a result of observations and research in several theatres.
